‘MORE is my project, brought to life in a spacious, sunlit apartment on the top floor of Palazzo Loredan,
a 16th-century historic residence of the noble Loredan family in Venice.
I gained a passion for cooking and hosting from my mother
(an excellent cook originally from the island of Burano) but I infused it with contemporary flavors.
‘MORE represents my little Venice,
a place to replenish your mind and make new acquaintances, both culinary and social.
At our table, dining is more than just eating – it’s a moment of shared stories, laughter, and cultural exchange, just as in the best Italian traditions.
This cultural and creative context is the backbone of my vision alongside the family warmth and values. My goal is to transmit the tranquility of living “the table” in an homely atmosphere maintaining the high quality of a fine restaurant.
